As many of you may have noticed, Sendmail now features an “App of the Month” on our home page and on our blog so Sendmail followers have an opportunity to learn about and discover new applications from our Sentrion App Store launched last January.
This month we’re featuring the Trusted Message Delivery for SaaS-Based CRM Systems App. This particular app allows enterprise companies to take control over all email sent through SaaS-Based CRM Systems, including Salesforce.com, in the same way they control the email sent directly through their own servers. In a nutshell, here’s how it works. Email sent via CRM systems are automatically routed to a Sentrion with an IP address tied to their business where a DKIM signature is added to each message.
A few key benefits:
- Increases the deliverability rate of outbound email campaigns originating from SaaS-based CRM systems
- Reduces likelihood of email delivered from a CRM system from being blocked as “spoofed email”
- Enables organizations to rely on their own IP reputation for outbound mail
- Uses DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) for digital message signing

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this app. Comments welcomed.
