A few weeks ago, we announced our partnership with Logica Managed Services, a subsidiary of the Logica group, based in northern Germany. Logica can now offer its global enterprise clients the customization benefits of Sendmail’s Sentrion e-mail backbone solution and give them a powerful, cost-effective and future-proof messaging infrastructure solution.
We are pleased that Logica is now a strategic partner and can effectively deliver efficient solutions for all back-end e-mail demands, but what we see is that this partnership signifies more than initially meets the eye. On top of Logica being able to save their customers time and money by incorporating Sendmail’s advanced e-mail infrastructure system into its service offering, they are now providing a wide variety of e-mail backbone and security applications to their customers via the Sentrion App Store.
Our App Store, announced in January of this year, is Sendmail’s answer to helping enterprises personalize its mail systems. It allows companies to select which add-ons make the most sense for their email infrastructure, saving them from buying additional products and integrating them with the existing products.
The partnership with Logica is a perfect example of how Sendmail’s App Store provides other potential partners the opportunity to offer a more personalized set of offerings for their customers unique requirements. This strategic partnership with Logica is not only important to our business in EMEA but equally important in Sendmail as a whole. This deal signifies that our platform and application approach to email systems is resonating within the messaging industry and we’re pleased Logica sees the value as well.
